Delete your Fino account.

If you can't open the app to delete your account from Settings → Data & privacy → Delete my account, you can request it here. We process deletions within 30 days per GDPR Article 17.

The email you used to sign up. We use it only to verify the request.

Helps us improve Fino. Not required.

This opens your email client with the request pre-filled. Send it from the same email address you used to sign up — that's how we verify the request. We respond within 2 business days, and complete deletion within 30 days.

A note about your Apple subscription

Deleting your Fino account does not cancel your Apple subscription. To cancel Fino Pro: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Fino Pro → Cancel on your Apple device. If you're billed after deletion, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we don't have access to Apple's billing system.
